My code to try and save computational time by resuming from existing data is being finicky on reading the inputs. Not sure how to orient the format for it to work, I’ve tried most everything I could think of in my limited Fortran toolbox.

In the meantime, I ran a couple more tests on the if statement corrected code to see if it’s producing the desired behavior, might not be able to plot before class starts.

Update: looks like the total concentration overall is increasing with the if statement now… I guess forcing it to remain constant once equilibrium is reached doesn’t really help that part.
